Employees vs. Subcontractors
The Ramos Roofing Company is proud to utilize employees for completion of work. Ramos Roofing rarely hires subcontractors and operates with the use of Ramos Roofing resources to complete work. We consistently produce quality results by having direct and full control of projects. Our employees are experienced and constantly inspected by project supervisors. All staff is trained in specific installation techniques. Furthermore, all our employees are trained to employ the necessary safety procedures to ensure personnel safety.
Equipment
All vehicles and equipment are owned by The Ramos Roofing Company. We take full responsibility of equipment and personnel located on job sites. Subcontractors are never hired to remove and clean at job sites.
Insurance
The Ramos Roofing Company carries general liability and workman’s compensation insurance. Insurance certificates are always available for customers upon request.
The Ramos Roofing Company is licensed in numerous cities throughout the Denver Metropolitan and Front Range areas.
Warranty
The Ramos Roofing Company provides a 5 year workmanship warranty with all of our residential roof installations. Commercial roof assembly warranties are available in 10 year, 15 year and 20 year.

Colorado Roofing Association’s goal is to educate homeowners and commercial building owners on making an informed decision about replacing and maintaining their roof systems. Colorado Roofing Association members must show a business license showing that the company has been in operation for a minimum of one year, a current Colorado Worker’s Compensation Certificate reflecting roofing or sheet metal classification, a certificate of insurance showing general liability protection of at least $500,000.00.
